8. Famous Coach

    There are many strong teams in Liga Espanola, because there are good players and coaches. I introduce some famous coaches.

Fabio Capello

 












   

     First, I introduce Fabio Capello who is Italian. He was coach of Real Madrid from 1996 to 97 and from 2006 to 07. He led Real Madrid to win Liga Espanola in 1996 and 2006. But supports of Real criticized him, because they seeked Real Madrid to do offensive soccer, however, he thought defense was most important. He retired only one year. As his achievement, he led his team to won Spain league two times and Italian league seven times and UEFA champions league one time. He liked defensive soccer, so he kept to continue the stable performance. Now he is the coach of Russian representative.

Jose Mourinho

    Second, I introduce Jose Mourinho who is Portuguse. He was coach of Real Madrid from 2010 to 2013. He led Real Madrid to win Liga Espanola in 2011 and Copa del rey in 2011. As his achievement, his team won Spain league and England league, Italian league, Portugal league. He is the first coach that he achieved to win major league of Europe, Spain and England, Italy league. He liked offensive soccer using side widely. His favorite formation is 4-3-3. It means that four persons are defense and four midfielder, three forward. We often hard to understand his behavior, but many people loves him. Now, he is the coach of Chelsea which is England’s famous team. He was the coach there from 2004 to 2007.



     Third, I introduce Pep Guardiola who is Spanish. He was the coach of FC Barcelona from 2008 to 2013. Everyone didn’t him, but his team won Liga Espanola and Copa del rey, UEFA champions league in 2008. He achieved this triple crowns in the first year he became the coach. Thus, he became famous coach in the world. While he was the coach of Barcelona, achieved 14 titles. He makes his player practice mainly three things. He makes his player thoroughly protect rule and have leadership and have the humility. Barcelona’s players practice these things, so its team is very strong. Now, he is the coach of FC Bayern Munich which is German club team and the strongest in the world in 2013.

    If players and coach don’t cooperate with each other, the team can’t become strong. Thus, to make strong team is very hard. But, there are many successful teams in Liga Espanola.
